I am working on adding Media Player 10 to winxpsp2-updates.bat. But I
need some help with the i18n support.

Could one of our non-English Windows users give me a hand? Please
try:

1) Downloading from
<http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/5/6/A56D73A3-5AD6-4D9C-8BF8-857421EC2B22/mp10setup.exe>.

2) Downloading from <http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=34505>.

3) Going to <http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia/> and clicking
"Download Now!".

Then compare each of the three downloaded files and let me know which
are the same and which are different (if any).

Thanks!

Could someone who does use (non-English) XP please try this? I want
to know if there are different Media Player 10 installers for
different languages.

For me first is 12,653,296 bytes
http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/5/6/A56D73A3-5AD6-4D9C-8BF8-857421EC2B22/mp10setup.exe
second is 12,653,296 bytes
http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/2/A/12A31F29-2FA9-4F50-B95D-E45EF7013F87/MP10Setup.exe

third is 12,721,664 bytes
http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/A/F/9AF82D9A-10DE-4BC0-B849-EF7DC9CC89B6/MP10Setup.exe
and wmplayer.exe from this archive contains only russian messages so this is
definitely russian only install.
